Tuesday, May 8, the Idaho City RD completed 300 acres of hand ignition 7 miles south of Idaho City near Warm Springs Point.

Weather and conditions permitting:

Wednesday, May 9, the Lowman RD plans to aerial ignite 650 acres at Bear Creek near Grandjean continuing through Thursday May 10.

Friday, May 11, the Idaho City RD plans to hand ignite 300 acres –  1 mile north of Placerville in the Alder prescribed burn area.

Tuesday, May 15, the Mountain Home RD plans to hand ignite 90 acres a few miles northwest of Featherville in the Whiskey Campo prescribed fire area. (Cancelled)
